1. VP bought 500 shares last month at $7.00. Why just 500?

2. A copy from the Yahoo thread:

Fellow Stockholders -

Excuse me for the prior message but it hit the wrong key.
I've written messages #56, #118 and you'll be able to see
that I'm bullish on IDMC. Please note the dates and times
because what is happening should not be a surprise. We
are seeing numerous posting of negative material surrounding
IDMC. These posting have some merit and a different point
of view.

The negatives are right because this company is not turning
a profit. If the El Savador funding does not materialize, the German deal fall
through, and there is no add work at the Ozark
site the company will have another year of losses. As to whether the Board of
Director have book first class seat to the
French Rivera with their chippy has yet to be seen.

As to the positives. The company said it was in a transition
period from just doing waste management into long term sustainable activities.
Currently they are working on the Ozark
and East Damn projects. They have tenative long term project
with El Salavador and Germany. If one or both of these do not
comes shortly it will put a hold on the companies ability to reach their goal of
long term stability.

THE SHOW DOWN - The company released the Germans
intention hoping that it would be enough to eat up the 5 million shares of new
paper. The shorts came in and said that
the intention of the Germans was a worthless as as Hitler saying
"He was a friend to all Jews" . So the onslaught began. The
stock has continouly declined even with the reassurance of the CEO and a 2
Million share stock put aside. Now 6 million shares
have found their way to new owners and that means that only
10 million are still in question. However 10.75 million have been
sold. The company has committed to finalized the German deal
and the El Savador deal by the of March. So the 6 million share
that have been bought in the last 5 week being tied up, the 1.5
million that are being held by top executive means the squeeze
is on. Will IDMC close the deals and when, Will the added analysts following
the company be positive, Will a deal with Poland be annouced, Will there be
added work at the Ozark site, Will there be completion of the other 5/6 job that
are being persued?

I don't have a crystal ball, but rumour has it that some of these questions could
be answered in the next few week with
the majority coming by the end of March. The one thing I do know is that for
every sellers there is a buyer. Those that have bought recently are believers and
those who have held long during stock price fall must be also.

Today is Monday and the Market is close and to all those whom shorted the
stock I tip my hat, though by Friday will you
be tipping your hats to me.
