WOW, Chuck, far out ...While you are at it why don't you tell everyone who THE NEXT Coo/Cfo is. You realize their is another one on the way.... Instead of reminding everyone of how little I know about NINE ....why don't you tell us about their new chip " which is late" according to YOU. If this new chip addresses the issue of the 3-d performance...why would you leave that out of your argument? Why do you forget to mention where these guys stand when it comes too their 2--d performance? Do u think only gamers buy video cards? You sound like a guy who either just unloaded the stock BIG TIME, or you have a personal beef with their manegement. Very much like the guys who started dumping the stock last summer. If you happen to be one in the same...that would explain why we've never heard from you before...what woke you up NOW?? EVERYONE that knows me, KNOWS that I'm not reccommending the stock .....I'm simply looking for light at the end of the tunnel... I'm crunching numbers just like you are. Other than your obvious ommission of the somewhat POSITIVES this company lends itself too, I would agree with some of your findings. But please, everyone on this thread, like myself, is looking for COMPLETE, SOLID facts , not axes to grind. If the Chip is late ... name your source. Anyone else late?? By the way, the company went public with Under 150 mm in capital. How did they lose over 250mm in market cap?? Not that 160mm is much better. Tell us more about the future MR. River , tell us that you know FOR SURE that their NEW chip won't be a big step in the right direction. AND BACK IT UP with what you know, not like the rest of us, with what you SPECULATE. And finally, as far as Andy goes ... He doesn't like rumors and speculation bouncing around while he tries to turn things around...he seems modest, and realistic when it comes down to their current task. But more importantly, HIS money is where his mouth and heart reside. He's THE biggest shareholder... and as much as he resents all this chatter about his company, he has the honor of still hanging in with his stock... whenOTHERS have bolted. Others, meaning those that were "near the company" who could have helped NINE. Hey maybe the guys that unloaded had a better way to run things and were ignored?? Who kows?? Their gone now and it's up to a 50% shareholder and 50 excellent engineers, and the best Treasurer I've ever met, and a capable sales force to turn it around. If it is not beneath you to humor myself and many other anxious shareholders... please constructively respond. P.S> It's about time we heard from someone like you..it may hurt but we need your perspective... That's why many of us are on this thread so as to understand what if any the oppurtunity exists with this stock. THNX C.R,,, JR2

Charles, who are you?

You registered with SI just a few days ago and your first post ever is here at the NINE thread. Are you an employee at NINE? I find much of the information you've presented very intriguing. How do you know about all these resignations, NINE's new chip performance vs. the industry, and other seemingly confidential information? It would seem that resignations by all these V.P.'s would be very important news that, maybe, NINE should inform us about. Perhaps, they will issue some press releases in a few days that say exactly what you have presented on this thread, but until I hear it from them, I'm going to classify your info as rumor.

Lastly, the tone of your words in your posts make you seem, at least in my eyes, like someone who has shorted or unloaded NINE stock recently. IMHO, you have not presented a balanced view of this company; yes, NINE has had, and still has many problems both with its personnel and its financial situation. However, I truly believe NINE has a much higher upside potential than you seemed to indicate; hence, I am long this stock (I recently purchased NINE at book value).
In any case, I appreciate your comments and I hope contributors of this thread will present balanced views so we can all gain a better understanding of the direction and plans of this company.

Good luck everyone,

-Ken
