Mark thanks for supplying the information on PYNG Technologies.

The potential for sales seem very large when you take into consideration North American numbers for ambulances, hospitals
and the military.

I'm not sure I follow on your price predictions. I couldn't access any reports to find out what their operation expenses were. I'm sure that the R & D expenses will be reduced but will probably be replaced with marketing expenses. They also mentioned that they will higher their own sales force to sell to the military but would sign distribution agreements with medical distributors. Costs will be associated with the
above and without knowing what they are, how did you arrive at your
targets?

From what I was able to read the company is a one product company. The field trial is still in the works and they expect positive results in the next couple of months. I am not familiar with how the military works when it comes to issuing product numbers so I can't really comment on the post saying that if the military had started the paperwork that an order from the military was almost a given.

Without accessing filings, I have no idea how many options management or directors of the company have to access stock at certain prices if any. This could effect the number of shares also.

Any information of the above you could provide me would be greatly appreciated.
