Your best shot to cause chaos in the Dem Primary race is not RFK, Jr. but Joe Manchin, if he is serious about running. Sure, most Dems would prefer a younger candidate. But RFK, Jr. is already perceived by Dems of just about all persuasions (and the DNC) as a fringe lunatic. Joe Manchin, on the other hand, has the possibility of serving as a disruptor, like Ross Perot did over 30 years ago. My read on Manchin is that he is campaigning for a cabinet position in the next Biden Administration..I would like to see someone else with bonafide radical liberal credentials with a moderate come off win the Dem primary..But that's not gonna happen unless Biden is forced to withdraw for health reasons..

DeSantis is not ready for prime time yet. If the election was held today, I think Biden would easily defeat Trump and the Republicans would take back control of the Senate and control both branches of Congress. Wild things tend to happen during election years, though..
