AV--My AOL "diatribe" was an interative process and my final decision was quite different from what I thought my opinion was going to be at the beginning. I hadn't really given AOL much thought. My thoughts were on ELNK taking some customers away from AOL these past days and not how to play AOL until the question was posed. Therefore, I was sharing some thoughts and have arrived at the same basic conclusion you have. Mine took far more keystrokes to convey but the results are utlimately the same.<GGG> Stocks like AOL and NSCP have lives of their own and are ruled by factors that we may not fully comprehend. Ihad completely forgotten about the "Chatroom" and all the "lists". Here on Stock Swap we first tried mIRC and ????(I do not remember the most recent one) as an online chat forum. Neither took off. NSCP and MSFT have similar type systems. None of them have attained the levels that AOL has. SO, you are 100% correct and you validate my final decision to stay on the sidelines and watch. My opinion is still that it will fall by the wayside like NSCP seems to have done but who knows. BTW-you are one of the fortunate ones to have kids that can use the internet and still pull great grades. I know of too many kids that zone out between the TV, telpehone, mall, and the internet. Not that some of us couldn't tailor our late night activities<GGG>. Happy Valentine's Day, Mom. you're the best. (just in case the kids haven't told you that yet). Andrew
