What's the matter is the heat getting to you and Dan Loeb. Again What's your story ? Why did you suddenly appear, and Dan Loeb leave ? Your tone is exactly the same. When ever you pose a question and it's answered you snap back sarcastically instead of graciously, where are your manners ? Just because it takes you a long time to understand this business, don't think the rest of us are fools. Keep researching and as you do watch the earnings keep going up. At some point you will understand the market. Here I'll make it simple. Are You ready do you have a pencil and piece of paper. OK here we go. WHen a company has a profit it is GOOD NEWS. when a company has an increase of profit from year to year ...that is GOOD. Am I going TOO FAST. OK we will break for a minute catch your breath. Do you want to review or can I continue. Good, when a company says it's business is going so good it triples it's sales force, that is GOOD. It may take a while to train the new sales force. This may cost some money. Got it so far. That's OK I'll review this for if need be. Now it takes about 3 months to train new personal. Three were hired in November so they should be producing in about February ( THAT"S THIS MONTH GOT IT ). Another eleven ( 11 ) have been hired. Dates unknown ! and another twelve will be hired shortly. GOT that need a break yet, good. we will break now I will continue when your ready...

Ok ready, I'll continue..There is a niche ( void ) that this company is filling. Financing an area that others have chosen not to. Why the others don't, we can only guess it maybe unprofitable to them or they simply over looked it. Whatever ACRT is filling that void now and profitablity. It certainly appears at least for the immediate future, that there is no competition..That is GOOD TOO. I am on this thread looking for negative signs such as competition or slowing growth. Amos is getting the funding from somewhere THAT IS GOOD. Got it so Far or do you need another rest....Good let's continue..What has Loeb brought up that will endanger this momentum up. Amos owes some people money ..So what..I owe people and probably so do you..The financing source has no money...it is coming in from them so who's right Loeb or Amos with the money..Revenues are over stated..I'm looking at profit growth...take a break.. let's say and I'll streach it here revenue is overstated..a restatement of them would still show the same revenue % increase from period to period. Am I going too fast...Need a break GOOD. Who cares if the company that brought them public is no longer in existence. Take a break go sharpen your pencil and I'll continue in a moment

Whew...Ready, I know I'm fast got your pencil OK. The company has an import export business also growing at a good pace. Management believes that although this business is good and growing that the TAD business has a greater potential. So the export business is the launching board for the TAD business. Confussed or should I continue.. Good now we can summarize. 1. The TAD business is profitable. ( That's Good ) 2. The TAD business is growing. ( That is Good ) 3. There is no current TAD competition ( That is Good ) 4. The TAD financing is there ( That is Good ) 5. The export business is growing ( That's not Bad ) Got It ?????
