Wharfie,
The American Taliban are still in the minority.
You know who won't be in the minority in the near future? Millennials who want to make it a crime to "misgender" someone:

Misgendering Should Be a Crime, According to Millennials (msn.com)

There was this father and son at a local park who was playing with a radio-controlled boat on a lake. The kid has long blond hair, so I initially assumed the kid was the man's daughter. The father corrected me, and I quickly apologized while feeling like a first-class heel.

It won't be long before a mistake like that will land me in jail.

Now you tell me who is the "American Taliban" ...

Good article, but lengthy. I'm a believer in offshore wind power, but it seems like it's still not at a point where the free market can drive its eventual acceptance:

America's Bet on Wind Power Is Running Into a Big Problem (msn.com)

One interesting point the article brings up is the effect that inflation has on these offshore wind projects. It's jacking up the estimated cost of these projects and threatening to drive away the big players who are already skittish about ROI.
