Good article, but lengthy. I'm a believer in offshore wind power, but it seems like it's still not at a point where the free market can drive its eventual acceptance: America's Bet on Wind Power Is Running Into a Big Problem (msn.com) One interesting point the article brings up is the effect that inflation has on these offshore wind projects. It's jacking up the estimated cost of these projects and threatening to drive away the big players who are already skittish about ROI. Tenchusatsu
