I think I finally understand this. There is a difference between the requirements for an initial listing on the Nasdaq vs. minimum maintenance requirements. If I'm not mistaken the former requires a higher price than a stock that is already listed. I think for the small cap a minimal bid price of $4 is required to get listed and a minimal bid price of $1 to be maintained. The Nasdaq Natl requires a minimal bid price of $5 to get listed. I'm not sure if I have these numbers right so correct me if I'm wrong. Of course the price of the stock is not the only requirement involved.

Glad to hear you are so optimistic. If it reaches half your target I'd be happy.

Thanks for the info.

This fledgling growth stock is looking better all the time. Here's why...

INSIDERS ARE BUYING! Before the company's recent announcement of its stock
re-purchase plan, both the CEO and the CFO purchased a combined total of
28000 shares of Ammonia Hold's common stock for their personal accounts.
Obviously, the insiders know something good is happening and the are taking
advantage of the extremely low stock price!!!!

I can supply info sources ... just ask.

Boryh,
