Glenn,

Hey did I miss you! Fortunately, as I was busy most of the week, your lack of guidance didn't cause me to make too many dumb trades. By the way, you do think that I was right to sell off all of my ASND positions 1 1/2 weeks ago (blankmind and Pete had told me in several private messages that that would be a good idea, or maybe Pete just told me to short AOL). I may have only netted $30/share, but surely the past week was just an aberration. Glenn?

I recently did a Westlaw search on Capital Group Companies (CGC), and I found many instances in which it took greater than a 5% stake in various companies (one recent such position was in Hasbro...a stake that may still exist for all I know; other positions tended to be in various New Zealand companies).

However, in a limited search, I could not find any instance in which CGC served as a front for an acquisition of one company by another. Perhaps this is some evidence that CGC's newly established 6.8% stake in ASND is simply a well timed investment. If that is so, I wonder where CGC thinks this stock is headed.

Glenn,

As you can see from the below, I tried, even though my aim may not have been perfect:

This sounds interesting, but I don't quite understand. Can you please explain?
