I've always known that this assertion is cartoonish, and that the effects of RuZZian disinformation was super-exaggerated. Moreover, I knew that PooTin wasn't the "master chess player" that the media was portraying him to be. Of course, it took PooTin's war of choice to dispel any doubt over said exaggerations.
