Mr. Pink--

I'd have to agree with your assessment. SYQT has too much debt and is way too diluted. After promising that the Sparq was their answer to their problems, they show up with a negative gross margin in the previous quarter. After they entice the warrant holders to exercise one more time to raise $$$ (presumably by lowering the exercise price or issuing more warrants), there will be nowhere to go.

I just think that the Sparq at the current price point is too good to be true. SYQT may be done (as in stick a Chapter 11 fork in them) by the end of the year.

P.S. Why is President's Day a national holiday, but not a holiday for National Semiconductor? (i.e. why am I at work today?)

I just know that they still have too much debt and issue a lot of shares. I wouldn't know a zip drive from my own zipper. I'm a financial guy not a tech guy but based on the business its hard to justify the valuation.
