What is the percentage?
Probably lower than the percentage of students at a given elite university who are Black.

Which, in turn, is lower than the percentage of Americans who are Black, which currently is at 13%.

That's the whole point of affirmative action in the first place, to reduce those differences by lowering standards for "disadvantaged minorities."

It makes about as much sense as lowering the hoop for Asian basketball players, but hey, no one in the NBA or NCAA wants "affirmative action" for sports.
