Paul: I've been following that site for a couple of weeks. Just wanted to point out that the recommendation change on 1/19 was from avoid to neutral. The language about "early buy candidate" only showed up as of yesterday. Last week, the site mentioned "mildly improving conditions." This week it says "strongly improving conditions." One other thing, the power rating is up to 57. Once it crosses 60, it will be upgraded from "neutral" to "buy," according to the information provided at the site.
