SIMO deal a "no go" . WOW!

Makes good sense for MXL tho. Time to negotiate a new, lower priced deal.
Or maybe MXL didn't lie the Chinese "conditions" . What a day!

Sucks for us holding SIMO. Never over till the generously weighted lady sings. :(

Nope, didn't sell a share of SIMO.

Any idea what happens now? MXL appears to think they will owe zero break up fee. I'm sure SIMO will sue them, but for what if SIMO wins?

1. $160m "beark up fee" plus laywer's fees, or
2. Compel the deal to go through, or
3. Something else?

Re SIMO. Just shows there's always something that can demolish expectations with stocks. Sheesh.
