No problem, Brumar. It's part of the reason why I call out affirmative action as just another form of racial quotas. No "holistic" method of selecting candidates. No consideration of a candidate's upbringing, innate "undeserved privileges," intersectionality, etc. All that mattered was whether the candidate was a woman or a member of a certain race. The reward for hiring said "diversity candidates" was greater than the reward for hiring any other candidate. This is what affirmative action boils down to, Brumar.
