Brumar, you're projecting again. Did you even read the article? The detractors are taking the "slavery had its benefits" part of the curriculum out of context. They have a point: They said the group included the benchmark on skills because “any attempt to reduce slaves to just victims of oppression fails to recognize their strength, courage and resiliency during a difficult time in American history.” The "woke," however, has a vested interest in portraying slavery in America as nothing but bad bad bad. They're comparing it to the Holocaust because they want their "reparations." Tenchusatsu
