Wharfie, while I'm glad that construction on that offshore wind facility has started, I can't help but laugh at the shoddy journalism displayed by this quote:
it’s hoped that the 800-megawatt Vineyard Wind 1 facility will start sending power to the grid in 2023.
Is that really meaningful? I can "hope" to play 18 and shoot 18 at Pebble Beach, but that doesn't make it reality.

What's a more realistic timeline for operation? That's something the "journalist" seemed to be too lazy to figure out.
