No need to go any further on that issue Mr. Pakin, you know your association, you know your relationships, you and only you would know if you talk from both sides of your mouth, not I and I am not accusing you of anything other than before you pick up the next stone to throw, just think for a moment before you toss it. As far as I know you are a fine and upstanding gentleman, no harm, no foul.

And to Mr Hoyt, you may have trudef on your computer, great, but did you pay for it? Yes a smoke and mirror company can produce a product all right but what is the monthly revenue from truedef? And has the company fully disclosed how many copies of Elvis were sold? And your kidding yourselves if you think they are getting the lions share of any that were sold. How much is the Management of Highway One Getting? Has it ever been disclosed what J.Mar.... got off this deal? and OH I forgot this is a public company, you all can just look at the financials... oh they don't exist,, my my, The only way you are going to find out what is going on is to force a shareholder meeting, and then you must elect a non-biased person to the board. This person will not save the company,, they would have to walk on water to do that, but, and this is a BIG BUT, this elected official will be a watch dog to the goings on of a company that needs to be watched very carefully.

My comments are not directed towards the demise of the company (TMM) or to any of the shareholders. I am simply expressing my opinion, for those that dislike what I have to say,, please do not read my posts.

To All FYI

In my business section today.

SEC finds problems with sales of thinly traded stocks.

Rising complaints revealed in a survey came as regulators move to counter a growing problem of fraud in trading of micro-capitalization stocks. SEC officials estimate investors lose hundreds of millions of dollars a year to fraudulent practices in the sales of small, thinly traded stocks.

The SEC said last week it has started conducting simultaneous "sweeps" to examine practices at small brokerages that deal in the micro-cap stocks, after more routine examinations of 70 firms last year found possible abuses in two-thirds of the cases. The commission has been considering a series of new rules designed to head off trading abuses.
