I doubt there will be a CC while this dispute is going on. At this point, I wonder if MXL itself is impaired and simply can't afford the acquisition any more. I hasten to add that I don't follow them and that is just rank speculation. What is happening makes no sense to me.

Intel's report looks good too. A lot of companies are saying that H2 should be better. Of course that is assuming the neither Xi nor Putin throw the global economy any more curves.
