Actully i'm 90% sure that's exactly what he said and how, the book it is in, is called "confessions of a wall street XXXXX (??)" it's an older book that I read years ago. I'll try and find it. JDR broke shorts, and ruined people doing it.

I'll try and get ya the title, heck i'd like to read it again.
