q 1: I don't know.
q 2: I have seen 30% as an estimate of the bad debt including Japan Korea and South America. We are in a shell game, the debt moves but is never paid off, it is not quite in default only because very short term extensions have been given to much of it. Watch the Ides of March: the end of March is the end of the Japanese fiscal year, if there are more problems we will see them at that time.

Zeev,

NAV of FPF is $7.96. The fund is trading at par. When the Philippine market fully recovers, it's likely to trade at a discount. IMHO Philippine market has at least one more down leg related to problems in Indonesia.
