Dear Jeff: I do not specifically remember Venture Tech being mentioned as an alliance partner. However, it has been in TPRO's business plan for a long time to skim off the "Creme de la Creme" for their own clients and to license others to handle the rest using the TAVA TECHNOLOGY which includes the CD-ROM. There is no possible way that TPRO/TAVA can handle every factory, utility, etc etc installation in the World or even the USA. This licensing process is why I wanted to call them MCTAVA long ago. haha.

You bring up a good point in your next message regarding license fees. Either it was too small to mention, or too new to mention in last Conference Call. I strongly hope that someone participating in the upcoming conference call ask a question on this. I will be away and unable to listen to the call directly. JDN
