Here's my two cents worth, thoughts and opinions are welcome:
1. The company is facing antitrust and anticompetitive business practice lawsuits that could reduce earnings over the long term.
I don't see that as being seriously significant to the bottom line.
2. The writers and actors unions strike will definitely delay production of new AppleTV material, which will reduce revenue and earnings from that segment of the business.
A short term problem; not significant for the long term, IMHO.

3. Apple, at least based on public information, does not yet have a replacement for the wireless device modems it buys from Qualcomm, making it likely that Apple will continue to buy Qualcomm modems for the entire 2024 model year for iPhones and related devices.
Link: Apple is reportedly planning to produce its own 5G modem chips for the 2024 iPhone

It's not confirmed, but either way, it hasn't been a problem before, or has it? If not, then I don't think that alone would be a hindrance to the stock performance in the long run. And I'd reckon the rumors will become news much sooner than later.

That said, AAPL or ANALysts could sneeze and the market would flip out... so what do I know?
