MarkM, I didn't mean to say, or imply, that IOM "has" made a double bottom. I meant to say that the stock maybe "forming" a double bottom. I'm not sure what the "rate of decline" means in technical analysis....however, I suspect that it has some meaning.

In any event, I firmly believe that the stock will only move up when IOM can show that the earnings are growing, and the company's business plan and execution are sound. Until this happens, I must admit that we all own a "broken" stock...not good.
