The very basis of technical analysis is historic market data. The time frame you choose to analysis dictates the speed at which signals are given.

On the contrary, how could technical analysis not take into account CR's trades - they were reported - as was the wave of doubt that spread over the issue as a result of those trades and the complete lack of corporate leadership exhibited at that time.

All this was especially apparent in such a thinly traded issue as Valence.
