Batman,

<I have been asked by a number of you to comment on the recent board appointments.>

Sure!

Regardless, the comments in your post about the board members Col. Robert T. Hayden, USA (Ret), Martin J. Holloran were interesting. Knowing that these comments came from some one who now has extremely negative views about the company, and assuming that these comments are based on at least some reasonable research, one could conclude based merely on your comments that these appointments represent positive developments.

Another observation. It was very curious that you did not make any comments regarding the appointment of Mr. Curtis A. Orgill to fill an existing seat vacated by the resignation of Alexander H. Walker Jr.

Don't you think the resignation of Mr. Walker was very positive for the company and the filling of that board seat Mr. Curtis A. Orgill makes it better yet?

So, are you long HVSFD or still worried about other problems?

It appears that that dastardly miscreant Catwoman (aka: regine) is clawing her way back into the picture.
