the older generation has a hard time thinking about men turning into women and visa versa. how happy are those who have a full sex change? here are some answers bmcpublichealth.biomedcentral.com another thing i have thought about, so a man is gay and wants to be a woman, while he is still a man he can attract gay guys, once he turns into woman with manufactured equipment, he/she is out of the gay market, now he has to go after straight guys. a normal man would choose a real woman first so he/she options are limited.
