Paul Thanks for the info For $1,000,000 they are selling $500,000 worth of shares at from $0.36 Cdn to $0.45 Cdn. As you say; the dilution isn't too serious. Maybe they really needed the cash to bring production on stream. It is kinda odd that this wasn't released in Canada. I'm not too worried about this. When the stock is trading this low I think it must be assumed that the company would have trouble obtaining funding. At least they aren't selling shares below the market price as lots of penny stocks have to do.
