Hi Harry, The storms finally stopped hammering us today and blue skies broke out. Went for a refreshing hike along the reservior this morning, stopped by the local store and was given a dozen long-stem red roses .. compliments of the store. Beautiful way to start the day! Informative article, but what the article says about the semi conductor and dd business seems commonly known and priced into the stock prices. LRCX actually had a positive response after they prewarned on Friday. Street liked their focus on CMP, critical process for next step in the semi rebound ... no big deal they are phasing out of flat-panel displays the Koreans can have it. Korea moving into telecommunications should target the low end stuff. Real value is in the proprietary software and chip logic that control the data/voice communications. Korea and SEA may be a threat to commodity telecoms, no threat to the CSCOs, LUs, and NTs. Other than the whims of the market, is more caution warranted?
