You didn't ask me, but yes, SAP is the 900lb gorilla in the enterprise information system industry. Problem is that it's at precipitous heights. I want the stock but think it is overvalued. Then again, I thought the same of MSFT for a long time and finally pulled the trigger against my better judgement, and still am not disappointed.

If you want a better bet for higher growth, check out PSFT. They're the up and comers. That's what I bought instead. I have two friends who are in the industry and they say PSFT is growing gangbusters. I believe in it so much that I have two interviews this week with consulting firms that deploy PeopleSoft solutions. Starting salaries are 6 figures for MBAs like myself. Just amazing - what a market!

Funny I own all the stocks you mentioned, except that you seem to be even more conservative than I am. :-)

My answer to your question re. SAP is "yes". But--when in doubt, don't do it.
