I am also dealing with autoimmune and mitochondrial issues.

Thought I was a goner last week, same with early COVID in 2019.

Two non-traditional things you can try that are totally safe:

Low dose Naltrexone for inflammation.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

High dose NAC (1200 mg every 2-3 hours).

They are keeping me alive.
