For a very thorough and hostile evaluation of the IMF see the following:

nationalreview.com

I am going back out looking for pro-IMF arguments, since I do not really understand anything about its operations. In general, though, it looks to be a continuation of the debates over foreign aid and support for the UN.

OK: Here is the IMF point of view on recent actions in Asia:

imf.org

The same site (www.imf.org) has many subsections with numerous papers, articles, explanations, etc. of the operations of the IMF.

Hi Mohan,

The senators from Texas are Phil Graham and Kay Baley Huchenson (sp). Dick Armey is in the house.

I am behind on my reading so please accept my apologies if this has already been pointed out.
