cRoOkEd jUdGe ...

Trump assails judge in 2020 election case after she warned him not to make inflammatory remarks (msn.com)

Trump thinks this comment from Judge Chutkan disqualifies her from being the presiding judge in this case:
“The people who mobbed that Capitol were there in fealty, in loyalty, to one man -- not to the Constitution, of which most of the people who come before me seem woefully ignorant; not to the ideals of this country, and not to the principles of democracy,” Chutkan said, according to a transcript of the October 2022 hearing. “It’s a blind loyalty to one person who, by the way, remains free to this day.”
It does seem like the judge has already decided that Trump should be in jail, which could be seen as prejudicial.

Or it could be a fair observation that any person (outside of the Q Continuum) would make.

I personally don't know whether this comment of hers should get her kicked off of the case, or whether this would help Trump appeal the case should he lose it.

But I do enjoy watching the same people who complained about the cRoOkEd jUdGe in the Rittenhouse case are now having to defend Judge Chutkan as "fair and balanced."
