Based on the 2007 and 2016 highs, Breeze's prices look like the unadjusted yahoo prices. Really can't make sense of stockcharts prices. They're dependent on their data provider though. I've come across all sorts of anomalies from various data providers.

My charts are not adjusted for dividends. I turned that function on my chart and the prices mirrors your chart.
