The cash is waiting to be invested. Since the cash is drawing 4.97% in SPAXX, there's no rush to put it to work. Profits had been taken, and then some tax loss selling to offset the gains along with a lot of monthly dividend income has increased that cash position.

Yesterday, after this update had been posted, around $100K was invested, all of it in assets with yields above 5%. In this particular income based portfolio, I didn't see a need to drop below the 4.97% yield cash is earning. That is subject to change, but as I wrote over on SA about a week ago, I expected to see huge funds doing some selling this month, possibly bringing prices down as they do their fiscal year end tax selling.
