something not-happening
France organized a rally in support of ousted president of Niger Mohamed Bazoum. Demonstrators held signs and Niger flags while calling for the release of Bazoum
Interesting thing is that protesters gathered near the Niger embassy in Paris. In the comments under the video people write that French authorities gave 50 euros for participation, and there were no more than 10 Nigeriens at the manifestation.

definitely happening, as crowd stirred into frenzy wanting to meet up w/ the French

definitely see enough Russian flags in the video

in view of jungle Josep Borell's earlier jungle garden speech, likely best that the French refrain from showing up for the party, as it might turn out to be dienbienphu II en.wikipedia.org

Massive celebratory rallies in Niamey, Niger as the timeframe on the ECOWAS ultimatum draws to a close. The people have spoken.
