If he tried to flee, I wouldn't shoot him. So I'd never shoot someone in the back running away.
You never know. He turns his back as he starts to flee, but in the moment, you're already pulling the trigger.

Other things could happen. Every shooter is taught to keep firing until the threat is stopped, but as the Rittenhouse case proved, even THAT will be used against you. Like I said, the prosecutor will claim that you should only fire one shot at a time. And all he needs to do is convince an ignorant jury of that lie.

No matter what, you should still defend yourself with full force. Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

But as you keep bullying Rittenhouse, you are tempting karma. And one of these days, it might be you, or it might be someone you know and care about, who has to win the fight after the fight.

And karma is a b!tch.
