Manny, since Beacon Eye is a Canadian company, I could not locate any filings in the Edgar Data Base. However, I suspect there are different web sites you can locate that will give you more data on Beacon...Pappy

Manny: I found this site that will be of interest to you in looking for data on Beacon Eye. It seems to offer a lot of research. Check it out: fin-info.com Once you get there, type in BEACON EYE where its indicates name. If you find anything of value, let me know. Im not saying the company is junk, it's only that I know very little about the company and I did read somewhere that it was strapped for cash and that's why it was looking for a suitor. However, apparently, its stockholders disagree. See what you find and let me know...Pappy
