Dodger Stadium is great, but the next tier down. Baltimore too.

Although its professional history is limited compared to most of the stadiums you mentioned, its overall history in sports is second to none and includes a lot of firsts of any American stadium. Of course I'm speaking of Franklin Field in Philadelphia!

But the real reason why YOU should love and admire Franklin Field is that a Packers championship loss there to the Eagles in 1960 was a key turning point for Green Bay. So disgusted with the loss on a final drive that fell a few yards short, Vince Lombardi told his players afterward in the locker room, "This will never happen again. You will never lose another championship." And they didn't and went on to win five of the next seven championships. 5/7 isn't bad. :-)

You should visit Franklin Field if you're ever in Philly. Would be happy to meet and treat you to a nice meal if in the area. Never been to Lambeau. Been to Fenway and Wrigley. Fenway feels very old school even with the added seats and have seen it before and after. Wrigley is smaller but sort of modern, I believe their big hangup was they were the last to add floodlights for nighttime games sometime in the late 1980s. Franklin Field is somewhere between the two and more unique with its multipurpose use.
