Re: Brian Russell -- Brian Russell is associated with the South African Government and mining industries. He served in South Africa's Washington, DC Embassy from 1990 - 1994 as the Consulate for Mining and Energy.

In 1994, he returned to Johannesburg to work in concert with the South African government and the independent precious metal mining industries. For years, he has carefully watched the advancement of companies and individuals making claims of platinum metals in the US.

In a private meeting in 1992, he stated a great concern of the potential impact for his Country regarding new technologies associated with platinum metal discoveries (whether collection or transmutation).

His favorite cocktail is a Manhattan.
