Sergio.. USBG

This stock came up on a scan I did before year's end last year, and I looked into it, and liked it, but forgot to follow it. :(

I was going to wait/watch for earnigs release...{which is now}, but forgot all about it, as I was more concerned w/AXLE.

If I find any of my previous notes I made to myself about it, I will post it to you.

Sergio--An interesting list(he writes for the second time. I just lost half of my comments to you when my computer decided to take me back to my home page) I will give you some brief comments and try to escape before the next erasure.

RAM--A MIMBO that could be breaking out soon.. MoneyStream and Sto's turning up. BOP, and OBV still weak.

EWEB--The best of the lot perhaps. Could double soon. BOP and MoneyStream are terrific and TSV just gave a buy.

USBG--Steven is precocious perhaps as TA's are looking pretty good on this one. Jim Cotton's comments are pertinent.

TANK--TSV, BOP and Moneystream are still weak but chart shows possibility of moving to 3 1/4 from here. Very funny name for the company(Tanknology Environment. Whaaaa!!)

WPEC--Doesn't excite me.

TPC--TSV, BOP and Moneystream are strong. A buy stop at 2 31/32 looks good to me. Past 3.13 is the sky.

WAX--Very nice TA's. It may need a brief pullback and then could go up a point to the July '97 high.

BEI--Short term looks bad--Could be oversold as Weekly chart looks much better.

NRL--I have been watching this one for awhile. It has good underlying TA and could fill those gaps to the upside all the way to 32.

Later, Myron

Sergio, USBG

Yes sir. Small, general contractor City of New York. Contracts are nearly all Municipal. Co. is (last I checked) 65% insider owned.
One part of the co., owned by a brother of the major share holder buys the steel, sells it to the co. who then provides it to the sub-contractor. City of New York pays USBG who distributes the proceeds to the sub.

The stock rolls between just under a dollar to as high as 1.75. Looked like a breakout about 1 month ago. Dave H did a long TA on it for me, then it fell apart.

IMO the stock is a good rolling trade within it's range by not an investment. Too many family members, paper shuffling and in New York City. Sorry all you New Yorkers, just can't get over the stereotype.
