APCO....

Sergio did I tell you that I hate the Microsoft browser???

On the third try with this message,

It was nice to see them come out with the news on the analyst coverage Friday. Even though it was a day after I had said it would happen.

The research piece was excellent! I think the numbers are low but this is because they are basing it on a forward PE of 20. Last year APCO traded most of the time between 25 an 30. Since they still anticipate growing at 30% for the next couple of years I think this is low. Even it trades that low, it would be at $ 10.60 by years end
a 41% return!!!

The new product being released is what I had hoped for.

It looks like I was right about the financial institutions just not the application. Fee based administration for them will probably be bigger than them selling warranties. I love this news.

The ability to serve as a private label provider for manufactures such as the program they do for Honda now, was something that Todd had mentioned to me earlier. It appears to be coming together also.

It was interesting to note that Kenny Securities also said that they hadn't taken into account the probable acquisition of more dealers for SAH. This should also add to the years totals.

If you want to access the report make sure you go to the home page

You will have to register (its free) and have AdobeAcrobat Reader.
You should be able to download Adobe from there also.

I would love to hear other peoples opinion on this report. I am very pleased and look forward to APCO continuing to climb in price.

Cary

PS Amigo's it looks like it's time to update the APCO portion of our website. I will try and get to it this weekend.
