Brumar, that's great to hear, but every cop is taught to try and de-escalate the situation first. No cop ever wants to shoot a suspect, even those who "ask" for it.

My Grandfather was a cop in Montreal, he never had to fire his gun. different times, as he walked his beat store owners were glad he was around and some gave him food to take home, there were 14 kids in the family.
