During the riots in LA the Santa Monica cops hassled the peaceful protest a mile away from the rioters who were not political, they were greedy fucks stealing from stores. I was pissed of enough to call the SM police the next day to rail against them leaving small merchants undefended while they hassled peaceful liberals. I constantly defend the Korean merchants in the Rodney King riots who defended their businesses from racists wanting revenge against them.
