YOu and all of us are wondering. One thing for sure. This will all come to some kind of preliminary conclusion in the next two weeks.
The SEC submissions are wednesday, and I would imagine that BAAT will be posting further clarification on what is going on. Ford may have told them to hold off on the announcement about the engines (if it is true), to prevent undue speculation on a prelimary part of their "looking into" activities, for feat it may seem an action by FORD in a positive direction toward BAAT. They do not want to get drawn into this mess, I'm sure. But they also want a definitive answer on BAAT technology. All this speculation on the SEC, CEOs possible hype, etc., is just that.
Speculation. You can put a positive or negative slant on any of this.
Thats why, no matter what stock, and not matter what news comes out on it, you will always have buyers and short sellers. They read the same things, and see entirely different consequences. This would be a great story for some newspaper to follow. "Is BAAT, or Isn't BAAT". And being that its all in California, I don't know why one of those "liberal press" "environmental" folks haven't gottenon this as
a good story line.
