Mohan, *Off Topic*

I am afraid my photography doesn,t come close to Luke Powell's. I have not been attentive to that interest in a long long time. Recently I acquired a digital camera and have enjoyed playing with it and images on the PC. But The quality is not very acceptable. I have two old Fujica bodies and a set of lenses plus a Mamiya twin lens reflex. The mamiya is my favorite owing to its simplicity. There is nothing automatic about it and one must carry a light meter. It's use forces you to slow down and it leads to much more thoughtful and composed photos. But the film is difficult to find (C220 Professional, it may even be out of production by now, I lost track).

If I return to photography I will get a 4X5 format camera. I have a perfect place to set up a dark room here and have toyed with the idea. My interest in scuba diving has also led me to rekindle an interest in photography. But the set ups are very pricey.

I really love the work shown by Powell at that site.

Best,
Stitch
