I agree. Look at the bargains people got when the market fell
500+ not long ago. Dell comes to mind. It fell 20+ points and
look where it is now.

Ron and Cyberken.. my post was not all that serious, but if you'd like to contribute to a fund which is buying an island to which all y2k extremists are traveling on December 29th with gold, diamonds and granola bars in tow... send it to P.O. Box 0000, Grand Central Station, NY. By the way, no calculators are allowed on the island.

Don't worry, there'll be a y2k deduction on your 1040.. I mean, your ???? form.

Last thought, I'm thinking everything pre-2000 with a demonstratable date screw up will become collectible. I can see it now at Southeby's in the year 2010... "Here we have a circa 1991 microwave oven that goes critical when you let it cross the millenium threshold.. how much am I bid?" start collecting now!
