Thanks for the info. I'm glad that you mentioned it here in case somebody decided to invest in OLEX without doing any minimal DD (SEC filings (good-luck on BB's), News Releases, SI Thread). A 1-20 reverse split explains the decline. Only exceptions are reverse splits to gain listing on Nasdaq/AMEX/NYSE and get out of the OTC:BB arena. Don't think reverse splits to maintain Nasdaq listing once listed are a good thing, but several will happen when the new Nasdaq mininum $1 rule is phased in OR get demoted to being an OTC stock. Will look at VINF. Kurt
