They do talk about it in the mysteries from the UK- the toffs talk about what boors the lower classes are, and the police (who generally are not from the upper classes) talk about what clueless, entitled twits the upper class jerks are. I mean they don't debate the class system but they sure as hell bitch about it- from both ends (though it is usually clear our sympathies should lie with the working classes.)
