al-len: I didn't make false statement in regard to anyone. The post may have had a suspicious tone. I do believe I addressed that with subsequent posts. I will attempt to find anything in regard to this stock/merger . I never considered getting in the stock? Wrong, I told several people. My broker said to wait and watch the open to be cautious. After all I told him of the releases and all the attention. I wanted to jump in on the ground floor as many other people that did or didn't invest. When I find something positive please don't choke on it...that would be the wrong time to choke. TG
